From the founder of YAWA

We didn't build this because it was easy.

I started YAWA after watching communities lose precious time during emergencies — not from lack of caring, but from lack of connection. Every conversation I had pointed to the same gap. Something real to protect, and no infrastructure built to do it at scale.

That's what YAWA exists to close. Not another app promising features. A platform that gives real people the power to report, respond, and look out for one another — before it's too late.
